The team

The current engineering team is about 40 people (Principal Engineers, QA, Client Tech Support, DevOps). Remote distributed team.

Product Features

Tech stack: Java, TypeScript, Spring, Hibernate.

WebSwing, jxBrowser, Swing.

Pack product, desktop. Hosted in the cloud for most customers, but there are also on-premise installations.

There is some legacy and a technical debt.

Computation-capacious product.

What you will do

• People management and leadership (development, motivation of employees, introduction and development of a customer-oriented teamwork culture, improvement implementation, formation of a leadership team, increasing team efficiency)
• Project Management and Delivery (roadmap planning and management, formation of a common vision for the team, interaction with stakeholders and other departments, planning and risk management, ensuring timelines and quality of development)
• Process Optimization and Change Management (changes leadership, risks, and bottleneck identification in the product, team, processes, and their optimization)
• Further, after immersion in the project - technical leadership.
