About the Role

We are currently hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure organization. As the platform continues to scale, we are expanding the team that sits close to product engineering: designing, building, and operating the infrastructure that product services actually run on, rather than handing over a platform and walking away. Your responsibilities may include:

• Building and operating globally distributed cloud infrastructure that has to stay available and predictable under uneven, heavy load.
• Supporting product engineering teams with infrastructure design, deployment patterns, and production readiness reviews for their services.
• Provisioning AWS with Terraform and run workloads on Kubernetes; owning manifests and delivery configuration for business-critical services.
• Making CI/CD pipelines faster, safer, and easier to work with.
• Taking open-source components and adapting them to the platform: performance patches, security hardening, custom builds.
• Troubleshooting complex production incidents and contributing to post-incident improvements.
• Participating in an on-call rotation supporting platform stability.
• Coordinating with US- and Europe-based engineering groups on cross-region platform initiatives.

Core Tech Stack: Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, distributed databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, OpenSearch), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Sentry, Quickwit, OpenTelemetry), modern CI/CD tooling (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Temporal), Langfuse, Vault.

What You Have

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
